Service Description

This session is 30 mins max, with a group of 2 people. Please note that if there are river warnings, some sessions early on in the season may be postponed, you will be automatically transferred to another date. Please make sure you have your board, leash, BA/PFD, towel, change of clothes and you are ready to go on time. If you need to borrow a board please let me know before the session The aim of this session is to show you how to get back on your board.

Cancellation Policy

CAN I CANCEL? We are all human and we understand that sometimes things just go wrong. However due to a large amount of cancellations, we have to implement a non returnable booking fee of 50% per person which will be retained by us. Refunds minus any bank/paypal charges we have incurred will be returned to you per person, dependent on this time criteria. Time Before Session Up to 15 days | 50%Refund 14 days to 8 days | 25% Refund Less than 7 days | 0% Refund If you are using your own board and it's deemed unfit for purpose, you will lose your payment for the session.
