Self Rescue session for Northants SAR

Service Description

Have you ever wondered what to do if you fall off your paddleboard in deep water? Our SUP Self Rescue Session is designed to give you the confidence and practical skills to get yourself safely back on your board in a relaxed, supportive environment. Whether you're new to paddleboarding or have been paddling for years, practising self rescue is one of the most important safety skills you can learn. We'll cover techniques to help you recover quickly, stay calm and paddle away with confidence. Paddle recovery This is a fun, friendly session with plenty of time to practise and ask questions. No pressure, no judgement Just learning valuable skills that could make all the difference one day. Supporting Northamptonshire Search & Rescue This session is being run as a fundraiser, with 100% of donations going directly to Northamptonshire Search & Rescue. Northamptonshire Search & Rescue is a volunteer led charity that provides specialist search teams to help locate vulnerable missing people and support the emergency services whenever they're needed. By taking part, you're not only investing in your own safety but also helping to support the incredible volunteers who dedicate their time to keeping our community safe.
