Complete Beginner’s SUP Lesson GROUP SIZE: 6 people (per instructor) SESSION DURATION: 1 hour total – 50 minutes on the water SESSION CONTENT: If you’re completely new to SUP, this is the perfect introduction to get you on the water and building confidence. In this basic 1 hour introduction we’ll start out paddling on our knees, and then aim to get everyone up onto their feet and enjoying paddling. We’ll teach you some basic paddle techniques to get you turning and controlling your board. This session is very family friendly and suitable for children of 10 and over. This 60 minute introductory session will include the following: WATER SAFETY BRIEFING PADDLING KNEELING DOWN PADDLING STANDING UP BASIC PADDLE TECHNIQUE – FORWARD, BACKWARDS & TURNING FUN & GAMES ON THE BOARDS We can accommodate corporate/private groups too, please contact us in this instance to discuss your individual requirements.
